Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

At ADITYA ENTERPRISES, we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our Kaizen Anti Radiation Mobile Chip. Please read our detailed policy regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Timeframe: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched from our facility.
  • Process: To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at amitrmourya@gmail.com or call +91 8446265571.
  • Refund: If successfully cancelled before dispatch, the full amount (for prepaid orders) will be refunded to your original mode of payment within 5 to 7 working days. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

2. Return Policy

  • Return Window: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Eligible Conditions: Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or transit damage. We do not accept returns for products that have been used, tampered with, or if the original packaging is destroyed.
  • Mandatory Proof: To process a damage or defect claim, you must provide a clear, uncut unboxing video starting from the sealed package. Claims without proper video proof will be rejected.

3. Refund Policy and Timeframes

  • Quality Check: Once we receive the returned item at our Nallasopara facility, our team will inspect it within 24 to 48 working hours.
  • Refund Processing: Upon successful verification and approval of the return, the refund will be initiated.
  • Credit Timeline: The approved refund amount will be credited back to your original mode of payment (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) within 5 to 7 working days. For COD orders, our team will request your bank account details, and the refund will be transferred within the same 5 to 7 working day timeframe.

4. Replacement/Exchange Timeframes

If you opt for a replacement (e.g., if the chip arrived physically damaged) instead of a refund:

  • Approval & Dispatch: Once your replacement request is approved after the quality check of the returned item, the new product will be dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours.
  • Delivery: The replacement product will be delivered to you within the standard shipping timeframe of 5 to 7 working days after dispatch.
