1. Order Processing & Dispatch Timeframe

• All confirmed orders are verified, packed, and dispatched from our facility within 24 to 48 working hours.
• Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timeframes

• Once dispatched, your order will be delivered to you within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your geographic location and the courier partner's reach.
• Note: Unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disruptions, or remote location accessibility may cause slight delays.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping is generally free for prepaid orders without COD charges.
• If you choose Cash on Delivery (COD), any applicable COD handling charges will be clearly calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Tracking ID and courier link via Email or SMS. You can use this link to monitor the real-time progress of your shipment.

5. Incorrect Address

Please ensure you provide your complete name, full address, and correct pincode when ordering. We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
